Sriracha is a staple in our house, we enjoy cooking with it and using it as a dipping sauce. We even have a sriracha cookbook, to get some variety into our dinner I added this pin to our rotation. When you click on the link you might be surprised by the title. Yes, the word shrimp is listed. I crossed out the word shrimp and inserted the word chicken and voila it’s a meal I will eat!
It’s a great one to have on hand for a quick meal – if you enjoy spicy. If you don’t then I would just tone down the sriracha or maybe just leave it off completely. We used pre-cooked chicken instead of the shrimp and you could add any veggies you like. And this stores really well, so you can have dinner and lunch the next day if you are into that.
